How do I pay my Rmax bill online?

You can easily pay your bill by navigating to the "My Account" section on our website. We accept UPI, Credit/Debit cards, and Net Banking through our secure third-party payment gateways.

What happens if I exceed my data limit?

For our Unlimited residential plans, a massive Maximum Data Limit of 3300 GB per month applies. Upon reaching this limit, our Fair Usage Policy (FUP) kicks in, and your speeds will be throttled until the next billing cycle. Unutilized data does not carry forward.

Do you provide static IP addresses?

Yes, static IPs are available for our Enterprise Broadband, Leased Line, and Point-to-Point connections to ensure secure and seamless operations for your business servers and CCTV networks.
