The prices for our services are subject to change based on market conditions. Rmax reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time without any prior notice. Customers are highly recommended to check the latest pricing before subscribing to our services.
Rmax have partnered with third-party companies to provide our OTT and IPTV services. While we strive to ensure the best possible service, Rmax do not guarantee uptime or the uninterrupted availability of the services. Any issues related to service disruptions should be directed to the respective third-party service providers.
The quality of the content delivered through our services depends on various factors, including the specifications of your television and the speed of your internet connection. For optimal performance, especially when using Wi-Fi, ensure that your smart devices receive a 100% signal.
We are not liable for any interruptions, delays, or discontinuation of the services due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to third-party service issues, network problems, or changes in market conditions.
If any of these terms and conditions are held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason such provision shall stand severed from the other provisions hereof and the same shall not, in any manner, affect or impair any other provisions hereof. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court/s situated in Thiruvallur or Chennai, Tamilnadu.
By choosing to make payments through our online portal or mobile interface, you agree to the following terms regarding the use of third-party payment gateways:
Rmax uses third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay, Atom, etc.) for processing payments. By initiating a payment, you also agree to the terms and conditions, privacy policies, and data protection standards of the respective payment gateway provider. All transactions are encrypted and processed on secure servers managed by the payment gateway. Rmax does not store any customer payment details such as credit/debit card numbers, CVV, OTP, UPI IDs or net banking credentials on our servers.
While we use trusted payment gateway partners, we are not responsible for any security breaches, transaction failures, or unauthorized charges that occur due to issues with the payment gateway or your bank. By proceeding with the payment, you consent to your payment information being processed and handled by the payment gateway provider.
Certain transactions may attract service or convenience charges as per the payment gateway’s policy. The Customer will be informed of these charges (if any) prior to completing the transaction. Rmax is not responsible for any such charges.
A payment shall be considered successful only after confirmation from the payment gateway provider. In the event of payment failure, Rmax shall not be held liable for any delay or disruption of service. The customer is advised to retain the transaction reference number for future communication.
All payments made through the payment gateway are final unless otherwise specified under Rmax’s refund policy. Any approved refunds will be processed through the same payment method and may take up to 15 business days depending on the bank’s processing time.
Rmax shall not be liable for any unauthorized transactions, delays, or errors in payment processing. Any disputes arising from online transactions must be taken up directly with the payment gateway provider. Rmax will assist in providing transaction logs or references when reasonably requested by the customer.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Thiruvallur or Chennai, Tamilnadu.
The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the Customer to review these Terms periodically.
